Cake Cream – Blue

Our cake cream mix is the ultimate blend of fluffy, light texture and rich velvety flavour. It is perfect for layering, frosting or piping. This mix delivers a smooth, creamy finish with just the right amount of sweetness. Irresistibly delicious – this is the secret you’ve been waiting for!

Unlocking the secret is easy:

• Add 500g of slightly softened butter, and 400g of room temperature Cake Cream Powder to a stand mix fitted with a paddle attachment. Use a spatula to roughly combine the butter and Cake Cream mix, then use your mixer to finish the magic until the ingredients are fully combined.
• Keep your mixer on medium/speed and gradually pour in 200ml warm water until it is fully combined. Once combined, mix on high for approximately 1 minute.

For the smoothest finish – mix on low for a further 5 minutes
